Method
- Wash hands and use a clean blender. Sort the cranberries and discard damaged or moldy fruit. Rinse cranberries and whole oranges under running water, without soap. Peel the oranges, remove seeds and thick pith, and separate into segments. Peel and slice the banana.
- Add cold water and yogurt to the blender, followed by orange segments, banana, cranberries, and honey. Secure the lid. Blend on low briefly, then increase to high for 60–90 seconds, or until the fruit is finely blended, following your blender’s operating limits.
- If needed, stop the motor completely before scraping the sides with a spatula. Replace the lid and blend again. Add extra water only a tablespoon at a time if the mixture will not circulate. Tiny cranberry flecks are normal.
- Divide the entire batch evenly between 2 glasses, approximately 1 1/2 cups each, and serve immediately. If saving a portion, refrigerate promptly in a sealed container at 40°F or below and use within 24 hours for best quality. Keep it chilled during transport; discard if left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours, or 1 hour above 90°F.

Notes
Contains milk. Honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months. Nutrition is estimated per half of the batch, including both teaspoons of honey, using plain nonfat Greek yogurt and edible peeled fruit weights. Yogurt brands and fruit sizes vary. This is a snack or meal accompaniment, not a prescribed meal replacement.

Her description includes ginger and agave; this version omits ginger, uses honey, and adds banana for texture.
